Typically, organizations devoted to learning have members that collectively value improvement. These types of environments routinely follow a pattern; they partake in objective assessments and observation, test and share assumptions or experiences, apply appropriate actions and measure results.

Be it identifying initiatives to improve performance or providing guidance on programs to develop talent, the goal is to move from a current to a more desired state of being.  

 

Karen is a skilled facilitator; she has worked with groups from 5 - 540 participants. Naturally inquisitive, she introduces thought-provoking questions and scenarios to elicit positive behavior and change. She uses a combination of techniques to help groups stay on time and on point in meetings and special events.  From strategic planning meetings with executives to corporate retreats, groups are engaged and focused throughout the process. An energetic facilitator, Karen will work with your group on its journey to accomplishment. 

Along with her network of subject matter experts, Karen will analyze, recommend learning options, design and deliver core-competency or leadership training as needed that align with organizational and business goals.
